We professionally blast freeze most of our produce, following specific procedure to rapidly preserve the product at its optimum quality without affecting the taste or texture.
The process of blast freezing is unlike freezing produce at home. We rapidly reduce the temperature in an accelerated process to ensure the ice crystals formed remain as small as possible, therefore not affecting the taste or texture of the meat. Once complete, we can then send our incredible product directly to your door, ready for you to enjoy at your convenience, when the produce is still at its best.
